A Small Quote

My blogroll

Hi everyone, this is a quick post as i got really bad RSI in my hand and my hand is closely resembling the ‘claw’ from the friends episode with Chandler. I’ve spent the past 2 hours designing and sorting out this blog. I found some amazing and very beautiful blogs which i added to my blog list and then thought i share them with other people.
Hello to anyone who found this blog through some feed, I’m not spamming you – i just think you guys are amazing. If you don’t like it then please say and i will remove you.

I’m really have to go. Have a good day/evening

My trip to the Ritz

As I turned the street corner toward the Ritz hotel, a nostalgic sensation overcame me, a tingle of excitement. Approaching the entrance, the uniformed doorman held open the door, a special door that lead into unique world, a world of the past. No longer was I in the 21th century London, but in the era of the 1920s. Stepping into the reception area there was an old woman, dressed in elegant clothes in what only can be described as a pure white classic chanel suit, a large cartwheel hat with a dark red ribbon, finishing the look with a pair of black high heels. The woman’s appearance was truly memorising and breath-taking.  The old woman was clutching a handkerchief and her eyes looked puffed out and red, as if she had been crying. I imagined she been waiting for her long lost lover and he’d never returned.

Catwalk time!

Last week i went to my first fashion show, i was very very excitied. I obtained ticket through someone on twitter and this is my report on it:

(I been asked to remove picture from the catwalk show, oops sorry!)

Getting invited to a Vauxhall Fashion Scout catwalk show was an exciting opportunity. It was as I was queuing up for the Jasper Garvida catwalk show, I wished to myself that I put on my high heels as I noticed I was the shortest! The catwalk show was laid out in a small room where it was packed with various visitors. Stepping on tip toes at the back the light started to dim and the music started pumping. Wispy candyfloss hair complete with what only can be described as pom pom hats, micro baby ballerina-style doll dresses and huge corsages were on display from the collection. A critism of this collection was that it was more designed for the middle of a Nutcracker opera than a spring summer collection to be worn when the weather is warmer. Overall the collection was beautifully laid out but the catwalk show was over before you knew it.
