When it rain it will pour

The following picture was an image i capture while on a coach to some place, it has been heavily raining that day and i notice a heart shape rain drop – it made me smile as i was feeling pretty sad that day.

I woke up this morning and saw a big black cloud outside and very heavy rain and thought OK I’m staying at home today. I’m suppose to be going to uni today but as i only have one class which is contextual studies ( it the theory base of the course) and I’m hoping someone will pick up a hand-out and notes. I could go in but then i be waiting in the pouring rain getting soaked while waiting fro the bus and then walking to uni building, i be a drowned rat before i has even started class.

Is anyone else sick on the cold horrible weather? I see beautiful spring/summer collection in high-street shop and i want to buy them, but the weather is completely crap.  I had a girl coming up to me asking why do i pretty much always wear the same clothes, answer is because i get so cold while waiting for either a train or a bus. My biggest complaint last winter was that i could not find any long sleeve tops, so what i done  this year i stocked up loads buying from uni qlo and H&M mainly. i be recycling my winter wardrobe and to be honest I’m sick of it.

Now another complaint i have is there is no long sleeve dress. I’m a dress person, i love looking feminine and girly but i been unable to do that.  i like sleeve, it stop my arm getting cold, i don’t have to worry if i have a hairy armpit or have BO. asos.com and boohoo.com I’m finding are the best place in finding long sleeve dress., why can’t i find any on the high street?I know high street now has the new spring/Summer collection out in shop and moving forward with the season, but as the winter season dragged on – i can’t put away all my winter wardrobe yet and find myself stuck in a continuing loop.

Staying dry and warm in the rain

I’m not sure what the weather is like in your area, but here where i am sitting its a pretty rainy cold evening, the kinda evening where you wouldn’t like to be walking in it and you be soaked through your clothes. If you are like me and can never find a decent raincoat/jacket  to keep you warm when you are unlucky and you are out and about then please let me be your guide:

rainy1

£45.00

rainy3

£35.00

rainy4

£70.00

rainy5

£60.00

On the scale on how waterproof they be – i can’t say as i hasn’t tested these out but hopefully you can stay both dry and warm while looking stylish!
